Sure. There is shortbread, and then there is my Grandma Lena’s Shortbread. My maternal grandma Lena was also serious about her cookies. Working her magic with a pinch of this and a handful of that, Lena whipped up butter, flour sugar, eggs, and a secret ingredient to create these melt-in-your-mouth shortbread cookies. Caution.
